Crime
The metrics are a demonstration of the idea but would require a lot more work and research to be usable. More detailed metrics would require input from experts on how to measure these attributes effectively.
There are many possible causes for crime. Discontent with available legal employment options and poor upbringing (in the home and education-wise) being the two most obvious. The lower the crime rate the better, but no crime is not a reasonable goal and would only be possible through draconian measures.
