Long Term and Short Term Balance
The metrics are a demonstration of the idea but would require a lot more work and research to be usable. More detailed metrics would require input from experts on how to measure these attributes effectively.
To what degree is both long term and short term investment valued. Generally long term investment should be favored as it has a bigger and more accumulative pay off.
Both extremes can be bad.
