Efficiency
The metrics are a demonstration of the idea but would require a lot more work and research to be usable. More detailed metrics would require input from experts on how to measure these attributes effectively.
How much work and resources is required to produce X amount of benefit for society. This doesn’t mean efficiently building something to benefit a few. For example, efficiently building super yachts for the rich is still not an efficient usage of resources for society as a whole.
