Segregation
The metrics are a demonstration of the idea but would require a lot more work and research to be usable. More detailed metrics would require input from experts on how to measure these attributes effectively.
Extremes of segregation can be considered to be bad for society. If people are very segregated it can indicate that there is stigma and conflict between certain kinds of people. However if there is no segregation it could indicate that individual culture is being lost by homogenization.
