The metrics are a demonstration of the idea but would require a lot more work and research to be usable. More detailed metrics would require input from experts on how to measure these attributes effectively.
This relates to the fair judging of disputes (both criminal and legal). It is a difficult metric to assess accurately since both of these can be highly subjective.
